Best practices

HVN recommends sharing:

  • Details on bedroom and bathroom configuration (e.g. number and types of beds, what floor the bedroom is on, if it has a private ensuite bathroom or shares a bathroom, and any notable amenities such as a TV or private balcony)

  • Floorplans or home layout diagrams

  • Clean and high-quality images, without watermarks or branding

  • Detailed list of kitchen appliances and (if applicable) brand of the coffee machine

  • Description of the neighborhood and proximity (in minutes for walking or driving) to key landmarks

  • Full disclosure upfront of any policies or add-on fees for pets, pool heating, crib, parking, etc. and any fees that will be expected to be paid on-site

Charging party HVN charges the guest and remits the payment to the host. Typically by the HVN corporate/virtual credit card, according to the schedule and deposit policies that the host has in place for direct online bookings.

Contract & Onboarding
